I've mentioned this nightguard before on the board. Its been a lifesaver for me and its only $40. www.splintek.com (The SLEEP RIGHT nightguard). I tried the expensive custom made nightguard from my dentist and it did not prevent me from clapping my teeth together at night. The Sleep Right nightguard actually relaxes my jaw and I sleep with my teeth apart as they should be. Try it. A chiropracter recommended it. No need to boil it to fit. Those don't work well and made me clench MORE.
