Val, I would try other options--MiPaste is a recalcification toothpaste that is rubbed on teeth to rebuild enamel. Also, a prosthodontist may offer a way to save teeth, since they specialize in that sort of thing. Removing all the teeth is the last resort, and unless you've exhausted all other avenues, keep it as the last resort. Also, sometimes bone can be regenerated with surgery. At least give it another shot with specialists if you haven't already.
