A FRAGMENT LEFT BEHIND

I recently underwent my first root canal; it didn't seem like a big deal until my dentist says- "By the way, the tip of an instrument broke off when I was working on your root canal [he did all 4 roots at one time]. If it ever has to be removed, it's blue."

After I was home and the nitrous wore off, I decided to do some research.

HELP. IS THIS FAMILIAR TO ANYONE??
