    I had sensitivity on my teeth that had amalgam replaced with resin (white composite) for many months. It was like I couldn't even drink regular tap water without some degree of "ouch". My dentist assured me it would go away and IT DID ! Use some Sensodyne toothpaste for a couple of weeks.

    Not sure about the bad breathe..are you flossing real good, thats usual a sign something is caught in between.
