I agree about getting other opinions and perhaps more importantly I want to ask what is your daughter doing about her eating disorder? Is she getting professional counseling specialized in the illness as well as help from a support group?
They could also help her deal with dental issues. Good and smart folks here on this website also. Keep in touch and my best to you and family.
