My bridge in the front also (same teeth)was in for three weeks with temporary cement. My dentist wanted me to see it in different light and he wanted to make sure I was happy with the length of my two front teeth (which he had increased to get a better smile line). Insist that your dentist give you the opportunity to be happy. By the way, my dentist had rejected the first two or three bridges from the lab.
