Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

Its been a couple of weeks since I had my work done at PI Dental Center in Pennsylvania. I must say... Im a much happier person. I was supposed to go back there this week for a checkup, but I couldnt make the appointment so I rescheduled for next week. Im happy with the results but Im still a bit "Off Balance" with the whole denture thing. The reason for this I believe, is that I am currently 43 and single. Over the past several years, Ive stayed away from the dating scene (I did have one "Friend" who Id get with every now and then) because I was self conscious about my dental situation. Now that my "Bad Teeth" are gone, I feel more confident in my smile/etc, but I now have another issue to deal with in that I will have to at some point clue my next potential Ms Right in to the fact that my teeth are fake. Ive had nightmares about meeting the perfect woman, then getting "Serious" and right at the magic moment of that first kiss... My dentures slip/drop/etc. Maybe someone out there has been through this? How long do you wait till you tell someone you wear dentures? How does wearing dentures affect your love life?
