Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

If that is the best that it can look, then it truly won't bother me. I'm just trying to find out if it should be polished more or something. I can't afford veneers or anything like that. Maybe someone will let us know if this is "normal" for bonding. : )
