Hi again, Don't worry about your sinus. I just had implants placed there and I swore the needle came out the top of my head! Yours won't be nearly as deep as that. Are you sure you are getting crowns with the root canals? If so, you should discuss with your dentist the color and type of crown you would be getting. Porcelain fused to metal can be quite natural looking (that's what I have on my top four front teeth) but I don't have a "gummy smile" so the very top of the crown doesn't show (that dreaded dark line). If you have a gummy smile you may want to discuss all porcelain crowns for the front. I don't believe they make all silver crowns but do use all gold. Most molar crowns are porcelain fused to noble gold or high noble gold. Temporary crowns are made from acrylic, I think. Many times a dentist will make your permanent crowns but only temp cement them in place until you are satisfied with the result. Good luck! Let us know how you do. My very best to you, Gellia
