Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

Well... I guess Im not REALLY too bad off... my lowers are implant supported, and only my uppers are conventional. Since the lowers are not removeable, and are basically like regular teeth, Im not too worried about them. Im worried about the uppers. I still have the option to do implants up top, but itll cost me another pretty penny to have it done. Thats the other question... If I had both uppers and lowers supported by implants... I wouldnt really care that much because there wouldnt be a possibility of something slipping.
