Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

Dental Implants?

So hey everyone, I was thinking of getting most of my teeth replaced with dental implants, I have excess acidity in my mouth and it is causing my teeth to wear out at an early age, my mom has the same condition and has a full set of dentures at age 40.. I don't want to be in that boat.. I know that the cost of this is going to be extraordinary but I don't have any other options. Thoughts?
