bridge or implant
Posted by teresa on 10/14/2009, 6:02 pm
Hi Im 30yrs old and can't decide which would be better for me and last longer. I was never born with an eye tooth so i have had a maryland bridge. It has started to rott the tooth next to it. Im not sure which to do a new bridge , which the dentist will crown the teeth next to it, or and implant, that i have to have graphing done to it first. My dentist says the bridge is cheaper and durable but my consern is that is will also start to rott my teeth like the maryland bridge did. Should i go with the implant and fork out 7000 for one tooth or try the bridge?
