Like Lee, I had my partial made before my extractions. I had four top front teeth done.
The partial was in my mouth before I left the office. I only took it out to clean it and I was never once without my teeth.

Like Lee said, it takes a little bit to get used to it, but in less that a week I was eating chicken and ribs and hardly knew it was there.
