Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

extraction cost

Scenario, I walk into the Dentists office to get all my teeth pulled in preparation for full upper and lower dentures. The dentist takes his little buzz saw (truck driver technical term) and and makes 4 (?) cuts through my existing two bridges, then proceeds to extract the 4 anchor teeth as he usually would. He has just removed 12 teeth!! Do I owe him for 12 teeth or the 4 he pulled, plus saw time?? I also have 2 or 3 other 3 tooth bridges and was wondering if the same answer applies to these also.
