Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

Reglueing Crown

I have a double crown last two teeth on upper left part of my mouth. Had it in for several year,but has come off a few times. My dentist said very little tooth left to reglue onto.
Reglued three times in last six week.
Not working...any opinon on need for implants or any other solution.
