That is a good thing to keep wearing the retainers. This way your teeth stay in line. I feel the same about wanting to go straight to bed and not wanting to brush and floss. But like you, I feel its better to have a perfectly clean mouth before bed even though I am not wearing a retainer. I thank you for your info.
