Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

I'm 70 years old and don't know what to do with my teeth. I've an appointment in a couple of weeks to discuss implants. I'm not sure if I can afford this ? Any suggestion in what to expect ?

So many of my teeth are loose and I need to either replace same with what? Please, I need help and don't want to get ripped off. Can not afford thousands and thousands of $'s.

I would appreciate any help from past patients with some experience in this field.
