Too bad they didn't check the bone quality before embarking on the project.

I believe dental schools can do a great job (otherwise I would not have encouraged my husband to have treatment done at one when he knew his teeth required a lot of work.

Unfortunately, though, they are not infallible. Still, you would think that if lack of bone were an issue it would have been discovered before the implant was placed.
