Dental implants and falling on my face
Posted by Anita on 11/3/2009, 8:50 am
I have a mouth full of dental implants and took a hard fall yesterday landing on my nose and chin. My Prostodontists are over 500 miles away so running over and having them take a look isn't going to work. I wrote and my answer was to watch for swelling and loosening of my teeth. Inside my mouth I see no swelling but wow I am sore. Especially the hinges of my jaw.
Do you know anyone who has taken such a fall and were ok with their implants?
