Yikes!
How scary, Anita. Hope you (and your implants) are OK.
It's probably a little too early to know for sure — but a painful jaw wouldn't surprise me. If nothing else, you probably clenched it pretty hard as your realized you were falling. Having your chin hit the ground may have put additional pressure on it without necessarily doing further harm.
Did your dentists mention anything about applying heat or ice to forestall or treat any swelling?
