Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

Cost of Porcelain Implants...

I'm going through the process of getting all my teeth removed, Bone grafting and a Sinus lift and Having a temporary Denture made (have to wear for 6 to 8 months before Implants can be done). My question is this; How much is a Full set of Porcelain Teeth for Implants? I have been quoted anywhere from $65,000 to $80,000? To me, that sounds Crazy!!!! I've been told its mostly the Lab costs? And is there an alliterative that can be done besides the porcelain? If not, is there anywhere in this day and age to get a Loan for this procedure? Would love to hear some others thoughts or stories?
