Gum disease and beidges

Can any one tell me if I am a good cabdidate for a bridge? I am 37 and have always had gum disease. I go for check ups/cleanings every 3 months and even have some antibiotic injected in the pockets. I use a sonicare tooth brush and water pik and yet cannot win this battle. I have lost 2 teeth (molars) already and now it is affecting on of the teeth immediately behind the eye tooth. I cannot have a missing tooth in the front. HELP?
