I had a molar crack bad. More than half the tooth cracked off. My dentist said "I cant even crown that." His assistant said he is going to try and build it up otherwise I would have to go to a surgeon for (something with the gum). As it turned out he did build it up. I have a whole tooth there again. He told me come back for a crown. So far I havent.
