Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

I have heard they can be completed in one visit, but I'm not sure of why some can and some can't. I had to wait about four months after losing my tooth before my procedure for the implant even began. It was about another 7 months before it was completed. It was worth it. I had to go back a lot of times, but most visits were only 10 minutes to check something. I have now had it for 12 years & have never regretted getting it. It is the next best thing to having a real tooth, it's like having a real tooth & one that won't get cavities. You have to clean and take good care of implants and get regular cleanings, but one should do that anyway. I wish I had taken better care of my teeth years ago. Now I've lost another tooth & may not be able to get another implant. I will have to have bone grafting & hope I will be a candidate for this.
