If you know people there, ask them if they can refer you to a good dentist. You might have to get a referral from a regular dentist to an implant specialist. I would go the specialist, I lucked out the first time around and went to a regular dentist who also did implants. I'm going to go to specialist this time around for bone grafting & implant if possible. It does take some time to shop around but it's worth it, you don't want to go to someone who isn't experienced. You can also try to check reviews online, although I don't know how accurate those are.
