Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

It's always wise to get another opinion if something doesn't seem right. But to put you mind at ease, the implant process is no big deal. It seems like a horriffic procedure when you start the googling, but in reality, it's not as much discomfort as having your teeth cleaned. There are no nerves in the jaw bone and your gum will be numbed. Using ice after will keep swelling at a minimum. I was in the same mind set as you when I had to get my first implant, but I actually like my two implants better than my natural teeth. They have no sensitivity to temperature changes.
