dentures

hi i found a dentist that was really nice and dealt with my aniexty issues and was very pleasant but now i guess i have to pay for it we did a consult / exame and he said full set of dentures and with implants retaining lowers and sadaition for extraction for all my teeth $13,500 or 12,200 with out the implants does this sound right ? iam in 12550
