Thank you SO much for your response! I work in a veterinary hospital, and we offer Care Credit for up to 18 months with free interest; I'm pretty familiar with the process..I'm just sad that it costs this much at all. I'm just out of college and have all kinds of debt, I don't want to be adding dental work to everything else. Veterinary nurses make much, much less than human nurses, unfortunately..I never thought I'd say something like this, but I'm almost wishing I had gone into human nursing for the money. Ha. But anyway. Thank you for the advice on financing - I will look into CDs, just in case. I AM worried about the opposing tooth erupting, as well as the rest of my teeth moving around; that's one of the reasons that getting an implant is really the only option for me. Thank you for your response about the flipper tooth; I think I will just use it until I can afford the crown. I actually met someone yesterday who had one in (he was only missing one tooth as well) for about 5 years, and it was still going strong!
