Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

The short answer is no. A partial denture is removable, a true bridge is not. It is usually fastened to adjacent teeth and cemented in place. It is hard to describe how they are made, ask the dentist. Depending on what teeth are missing as well as what teeth remain will help determine what can be done on a permanent non removable basis. Implants are always an option.
