I got some bone grafting also and got a small white bump as well. I actually picked it out myself and it felt like a tiny piece of hard plastic. I did this twice and then it felt like a wristle or hair poking out; that wristle is becoming smoother and seems to be desapearing. I mentioned it to my dentist and I would like to believe he did not hear me telling him what was going on since I did not get an answer or explanation. Everything seems to be ok and that tiny wristle is almost gone.
