Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

It sounds like your bite is off. One millimeter can make a huge difference in your bite. As far as getting the old crown off -- I've had a couple of old porcelain fused on metal crowns removed and the dentist basically sawed them in half, and it was easier to remove -- not a whole lot of extreme pulling and yanking when they are sawed into smaller sections.
