Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

You would not be without a denture after the extractions. A temporary will/should be provided
while the tissue heals. Unsupported lower dentures
can be a challenge, but they are doable with some
help from adhesive. After healing, mini implants
generally work quite well for lower dentures. If the temporary denture fits well, and you're happy
with it's appearance, it could be possible to
modify it to accept the implants in lieu of an
entire new one or as spare denture if you chose
to go with a new one.
From time to time the denture will have to be relined as the gum tissue shrinks. I've had a
mini supported lower for about 3 years and while
it's not as good as a full set of natural teeth,
I've had little trouble with it.
