So I've just had my left 2nd from back molar pulled, probably the biggest tooth in my head. It's bittersweet. I have no more tooth, but my symptoms have improved. Nausea improved immediately, disappeared on the drive home by my wonderful husband and eye twitches have disappeared today....It's amazing. They are not like WOW improvements, but very noticeable. The DDS dentist cut off my crown then cut my tooth in two to remove. He was amazing. There was gutta percha sticking out of the tip of one of the roots, it is apparently common, but for a sensitive person, it can have many effects. I am going to go for a zirconia implant. It was hard saying goodbye to a permanent tooth, but man we had some good years. You will suffer a bit, but don't be afraid if you know in your gut what is the best choice for you. Don't rehash previous decisions either and don't bog yourself down with could'ves and should'ves. I will update again if I am accepted as a candidate for this zirconia placement--very new ceraroot system in canada, only 3 dentists!! If not, it's a bridge for this gal.
