Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

For years, I've had this funny feeling that is very subjective in my upper left molar area. I had a lot of work in this area over the years, and my tongue would consistently migrate to the area where there was 1/2 tooth and want to put pressure in the area. I then lost the molar in front of the last one, and instead of having 2 implants in that area, because of the expense, I chose to have one. I still perceive this big hole back there where there is a ridge and then a space and then an implant.
I'm wondering if that additional implant will help with these sensations. I just feel as if I have to try as the inside of my mouth has been feeling so uncomfortable for too long.
Now, I just had an upper right molar extracted due to major bone loss shown in the x-rays after an infection. I had a hard time extracting this tooth, because nothing bothered me. The space is bigger than I anticipated and I'm definitely getting an implant to fill in this huge space. My mouth feels horrible and it's depressing me a great deal.
The cost is an additional stress, but I decided it's too important not to do so I must use my retirement money. I just hope that the last implant on my upper left side will lessen the weird feeling I've had there for years. But I have to try.
Thanks for listening.
