Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?
Posted by Trudi on 6/12/2012, 12:33 am, in reply to "Re: Uncomfortable bite after veneers"
I don't have the exact problem, but a similar feeling of discomfort in one area of my mouth where I had a lot of work done over the years. There is a gap where a tooth should be now & I'm hoping that it will help the discomfort.
But I do understand how a bite changes with the slightest work done or even how you move your jaw when you talk. My bite seems fine when I'm asked to bite down, but when I talk my lower jaw must move forward because my teeth click together if I say the "S" sound which bothers me a lot. Or it could be just 2 teeth that click together.
I do understand how you may be feeling though. It's not an easy thing to explain to even a dentist.
