Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

Hi I am a denture wearer too. I got my full dentures in dec 2005 and have had dentures for 7 years now and I am 25.
I agree strongly with barbara. The food tastes good for me.
When you get the dentures in after all extractions the mouth and brain are frustrated. They feel the soreness after extractions and the bulk from the dentures.
This will go away after some weeks. After a month things starts to be good. You will manage good and the dentures will not be felt as some weeks ago and you even will discover that you will forget about them during the day.
When eating they might move slightly, but not so much that anybody will see it. My dentist told me that the mouth multiply the size of the movements so that it feels more than it is.
To get used to the dentures faster keep them in for a couple of weeks except for rinsing them and the gums. Alway have clean dentures in when sleeping. Then the muscles and the brain and tongue get used to the bulkyness and you find out that the bulkyness isn't that bad at all after a while.
Wish you all luck from a happy denture wearer
