Thank you all, I'm going to get my second opinion on Thursday. I'm thinking at this time to get it pulled and go with the mesh doing it awake. Then I'm going to opt out of doing the crown lengthing on the back molar and have it pulled. Might keep the tooth and have it pulled when the filling falls out or might just get it pulled right away seeing its just not feeling right since the new filling was put in. I won't go with the mesh on that one. I'll letcha all know how my second opinion goes.
