booked a consultation for this weekend..

Ive booked a consultation with a cosmetic dentist this weekend and im just wondering what questions should i ask them? im looking to get a complete smile makeover possibly using veneers and crowns to get a new smile mainly due to the fact that all my life my teeth have been yellow and all the various whitening products ive tried havent had any effect. Ive done quite a bit of research into things such as the different types of veneers, materials along with the pros and cons of each. one question i intend to ask is can i see photos of previous work the dentist has carried out, thats a fair question to ask isnt it? but what else should i ask?
