Xerostomia causing cavities

I have dry mouth from having radiation for nasopharyngeal carcinoma. I jusy went through two years of wearing braces to change my bite because I was unable to open my mouth after the radiation. Now that my braces are off, I went to have my teeth cleaned and checked. Well, I have to have two crowns replaced. A new root canal and crown due to decay. I have other cavities on the other side. I am wondering if I should have my teeth pulled and get dentures.
