Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

Go back to your dentist today and ask him to remove it and replace it with some sort of temp until you decide how to proceed.
If he says he is unable to, ask him to refer you to some one who can.
If he doesn't know anyone, contact your local American Dental Association and explain what's been happening.
I've forgotten how long you've had the crown, but personally (unless it was placed more than12 months ago), I think that regardless of who replaces the broken crown your dentist is responsible for the cost. For now I'd just concentrate on getting it fixed and worry about the cost afterward.
If you run into further problems (and have dental insurance) be sure to contact your provider, as well.
