Dentures

My teeth are breaking/falling out, full of cavities and are very painfull. I have had all of my molars on the bottom right side pulled and am getting all of the top molars on my left side pulled at the end of the month....my front teeth are now getting really bad and noticable cavities. I am really embarassed and in pain not to mention I cannot afford dentures. Does anyone know of any sort of service that will help with paying for dentures?
