Looking for info on choosing a Cosmetic Dentist?

Have you discussed with your dentist the possibility of just replacing the infected tooth with an implant?
To be honest, I don't know if it's even possible, but for starters, it may be worth learning the answer to that question.
On second thought, I think I remember a past discussion or two about the need for a bridge to be supported by similar "anchor teeth" at each end. But if so, maybe you could get by with just two implants, instead of five. (After all, some denture wearers today rely on just a couple of implants to support a full denture.)
If I were you, before doing anything else, I would be sure to get a few more recommendations from dentists with extensive experience in dental prosthetics.
