my grand father was josef liska he was born 1928,or there abouts he stowed away on a ship to australia, were he lived for many years he had a wife(dec) and three children,i would like any information on related subject, i my self have very limited info but i believe he must have lived in a town that was near the border as the nazi war was on when he escaped and living near a border or sea port i would asume make it easier to get out of the country at that time, he was only young when he left in his teens or early 20's, ill try find out more info and ilpost another letter soon. it would be greatly appreciated .
