its more like telling him he should Not of been swimming in the Ocean . lol
Meaning his dog already has an issue (Bad Hips)
So he was asking what he could do to make his
dog feel better..Or live a more normal life.
At least that's how I understood it.

He already went to the breeder with the (self proclaimed) Most OFA EXECELENT dogs in the World and out of the luck of the draw, got a dog with Not just failing hips, but Dysplastic hips.
So its not a Band age he is seeking its an Aspirin ..lol
Show me a picture of a Southern farmer wearing scratch pants and a sleeve and then I will believe you when you say these dogs were originally bred for bite work.
