I am not sure why you want to turn this into a Dave Douthit vs. Gary Fuller thread, but it is not that, and I won't let it be turned into that.
Hip Dysplasia was brought up on this board many times by other individuals, not myself. Hip dysplasia is a huge problem in this breed. Anyone failing to recognize that is willfully blind.
I asked for suggestions from others how to solve the hip dysplasia problem. GARY, apparently you don't have any solution, but thanks for your input. I will list some hip scores of my dogs later. Also, my dogs have great temperments, but once again this thread was not about my dogs temperments, but thanks again. Also Gary, I have worked dogs at a super high level of competition in weight pull, which is related to structrual soundness and well as physical ability and heart. Now that we have cleared all that up for ya Gary, does anyone have some suggestions on how to solve the hip dysplasia problem in this "breed"? That is what this thread was suppossed to be about.
