I can apprecitae your concern for wanting to better a breed steve. You have to remember a lot of the guys on here are newbies including myself. With that being said, I would never take ANYTHING to heart because a so-called breed expert told me. Not you, not Ralph, not anyone. My philosophy is "believe nothing of what you hear, and only half of what you see." There is a tremendous amount of knowledge on this board...you just have to sift through the bullshit to find it. A lot of it comes down to preference as far as i can tell. I know im always refering to steve russell on here because, that guy puts the rubber to the road. Almost every single day i see him working his dogs on facebook, and boy do they work!!! Therefore, if i have a question about APBT'S(because i own one), thats where i'd go. To bring this full circle, if any individual on here plans on basing a breeding program solely on the opinions of a few, they are sadly mistaken. In order to be sucessful at anything in life, you have to devote a portion of your life to specific field. This board serves as an excellent place to gain some knowledge, watch some insightful videos,hear different schools of thought, and sometimes witness a good old dick measuring competition between two individuals who ultimately have the same goals....bettering a breed, or breeds.
