More to it then that.
Hog Hammer's father was Hines Twist of Cain of Stouts which was outta Lokie . Hines Ouija of Stouts was outta country boy. Country boy and Lokie were half brothers.
So I liked both Country boy and Lokie so it made sense to loosely line breed on dogs I liked and breed tighter on dogs I Loved.
Taking Hog Hammer to a Boss /Ouija daughter was just using the same technique that Hines used taking Country
boy to Snowbird or Lokie to Lady bird.
I just studied what worked and replicated it using the best dogs or some might say the dogs I liked best at that time.
Most breeders use whats close by .
I used what I liked best.
Show me a picture of a Southern farmer wearing scratch pants and a sleeve and then I will believe you when you say these dogs were originally bred for bite work.
