The WWEBA standard said:

Severe fault: Feathering around the ears, legs and tail »
Several other WEB descriptions say the opposite:
Coat is coarse with slight feathering on back of hind legs. The tail, when not docked, is long, thick at base, and feathered at end.
The coat is coarse with slight feathering on backs of hind legs.
All WEB that I've seen (Kinghaven or Hines) have a slight feathering on the armpits, back on the legs and some on the tail tip. Could you further clarify this point.
