The only error I see, without checking the manual, is that the auto ground balance doesn't track in disc mode. According to what George has said, when the GT is toggled from all metal mode to disc mode it uses the last all metal mode ground balance setting as a reference, which would be basically the same as having a manually ground balanced disc mode. It also means that if you're hunting in disc mode where the ground conditions vary you should toggle to all metal mode occasionally and either let the GT auto ground balance or do it manually using turbo balance to make sure the disc mode ground balance is correct.
