This afternoon I took the Cointrax to an old church site we've hunted hard several times. Ran in standard disc mode, staccato on iron and DeepSearch on. No coins. Got a flat button, WWI style eagle button, hem weight and several rotted shotgun hull parts, not so affectionally called 12th Georgia Regiment buttons by some relic hunter down here
. Gary, a neighbor down the street, and his 9 year old son went with me. Gary used a CZ 6a he's had for 10 years and only used maybe three times to hunt clad and I let his son use the Golden µMax. Gary found a spoon, his son found a recently dropped shotgun hull and half a horse shoe and couldn't have been more excited if he had dug a Confederate belt plate
